HCRC founder, Glen T. Cameron, Ph.D., is among six national public relations practitioners and educators recognized for outstanding mentorship to students.
The Plank Center for Leadership in Public Relations at the University of Alabama recently announced Cameron as its Educator Honoree. Named for PR leader and educator, Dr. Bruce K. Berger, the award is given to an educator who is instrumental in the development and mentorship of tomorrow’s PR professionals.
Cameron will accept the award at the Milestones in Mentoring Awards Ceremony in October in Chicago.
According to the Plank Center for Leadership in Public Relations website, the Milestones in Mentoring Awards were created in 2010, “to honor those who lead by example, modeling the way through two-way communication and exemplary behaviors.”
